Ceramic spray, sometimes referred to as a glaze, is also applied with spray guns. The ceramic coating is extremely durable and resistant as it is fused to the glass at a very high temperature. These ceramic coatings are all lead-free. Ceramic coatings are available in a matte or glossy finish and can be screen-printed with ceramic or organic inks. The coatings are a suitable substrate for labels, medallions and other appliqués, as well.
